Kim is a graduate of the University of South Carolina where she received her Business Administration degree with a major in Marketing.
Kim worked in the home furnishings industry for over 15 years. It was during that time that she developed her passion for design. She enjoyed advising her customers about furniture styles, design, construction, quality, finishes, and color selections. She was consistently one of the top sales representatives in the company as a result of her relationships with her customers and the large number or referral customers that she received by providing professional service.
Kim also worked in the carpet and flooring business for several years. She assisted retail customers, homebuilders, remodeling companies, and restoration companies. She is knowledgeable about carpet, hardwood flooring, and all types of tile. She was recognized for her attention to detail and excellent customer service when she was asked by her company to take on the additional responsibility of servicing all restoration jobs involving insurance companies.
Kim accepted the position of Showroom Sales Representative at Amanzi Marble & Granite in 2009. Her experience in the furniture and flooring industries has been a valuable asset that she has used to help her clients at Amanzi. She understands how her clients selection of granite needs to integrate with the other design elements in their home. She listens to her clients to determine their needs and design preferences in order to recommend the ideal granite to complement their home.
